In our ongoing effort to measure safety performance by focusing on the presence of safeguards rather than the absence of injuries, we have developed a digital Assurance and Verification Process known as WORKSIGHT. A key component of WORKSIGHT is our video after-action review process, INSTANT INSIGHT. This process involves our offshore teams reviewing video footage of their work to identify opportunities for improvement. The insights gained from this method are significantly more concentrated compared to real-time observations of the same activities. The primary benefit for our teams is the ability to quickly integrate improvement opportunities into their workflows, preventing incidents before they occur. This proactive approach is reflected in our improving lagging indicators.
