A misdirected incident investigation doesn’t correct safety problems – it merely allows them to hide. This increases the likelihood of repetitive incidents, human hardship and financial loss. In this seminar, we’ll explore a systematic approach to incident investigation that properly identifies causal factors so appropriate corrective actions can be implemented. This approach gives line supervisors, middle management and safety personnel the tools they need to focus on specific facts that cause preventable incidents.
