Jenna Richardson is a public health and social work professional specializing in workplace wellbeing initiatives with a focus on mental health, substance use, and fatigue. As a Senior Program Manager for the National Safety Council’s Workplace Wellbeing program, she leads the development and implementation of strategic initiatives aimed at addressing workplace impairment and promoting holistic wellbeing. Her work involves researching emerging trends, evaluating program effectiveness, and developing evidence-based interventions to enhance worker safety and wellbeing.
With over a decade of experience in public health, program evaluation, and stakeholder engagement, Jenna has managed cross-sector collaborations that drive data-informed decision-making and policy improvements. She has extensive expertise in impact measurement, applied research, and developing performance management frameworks that enhance service delivery.
Jenna holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) and a Master of Social Work (MSW) from the University of Memphis. She is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with a background in program design, strategic planning, and community-based research. Her current work is focused on advancing workplace wellbeing initiatives that address impairment from multiple causes, including mental health and fatigue-related risks.
